A development professional having expertise in Environment, WASH, Education, and DRR with substantial field experience managing projects and programs, including strategy development, advocacy, and networking, innovating approaches, research, analysis, business and partnership development. In my current assignment at International Rescue Committee, I am responsible for identification and development of a quality business proposal and concept notes in compliance with institutional and conventional donors. During earthquake emergency 2006-07 & floods 2010-11, I have provided leadership in policy formulation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. I have demonstrated and experienced with sustainable models in different areas of Pakistan and provided advisory support to the different organization. My particular areas of expertise are the education for all, ensuring access for all, water and sanitation sector reform & sustainability, partnership building, relation with government and communities, business development and management.
