Mr NDAGIJIMANA Ibrahim, Currently, completing PhD in governance and Leadership (JKUAT), holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management (KIU/Uganda), Master’s  degree in Peace and Conflict transformation (UNR/RWANDA), Master’s degree in Local governance studies (UR/RWANDA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative sciences (ULK – Rwanda)with various trainings.
