A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, focusing on agriculture, community development, capacity building, livelihoods, relief, and disaster management. Demonstrated expertise in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, having successfully managed over 25 development projects across India. I have been responsible for overseeing multiple simultaneous project management activities, including the development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, proposal writing, resource pack development, and technical support for training and workshops. My role also involves monitoring the formation, promotion, and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), conducting timely analysis of project indicators, and providing support for evidence-based planning and implementation. I have successfully negotiated with funding agencies and built strong relationships with project partners, consultants, contractors, and external agencies. Through my 10 years of experience, I have made enduring leadership contributions, such as being associated with over 50,000 farmers and their families, mobilizing 18,400 farmers in 57 FPOs and establishing 1850+ producer groups, 36 FPOs, 18 farmer producer cooperatives, and 3 fish farmer producer cooperatives in North India. I have also been instrumental in promoting 99 rural agri-entrepreneurs in Bihar, developing 5 rural mandis for small and marginal farmers, and coordinating large workforce during crises like Bihar floods and COVID-19. Furthermore, I have conducted community training in Hindi/English and have demonstrated expertise in corporate social responsibility, program management, relationship management, and community development.My educational background includes pursuing a Master of Arts in Environmental Science from Nalanda Open University, a Master of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Computer Application from the same institution. I have also obtained professional certifications in various domains, including climate resilience, ecosystem restoration, climate mitigation initiatives, project management, and smallholder agriculture and environment. Additionally, I have actively participated in global forums and received recognition for my contributions.Currently based in Patna, India, I am proficient in English, Hindi and Maithili languages.
