Being a disciple of Sociology, I have the opportunity to bring together the knowledge I have from my educational background and practical experience in the field. I have worked across many areas and tried to learn and observe field environment with the cultural and socio economic perspective.

During my professional career I have served multi-sectoral projects with WHH, Palladium International (DFID), Qatar Charity, MIHO Sweden, Unicef and DASP (IFAD) funded projects. I have work experience in the realm of Sustainable Food Security and Nutrition, Health Governance, Social Protection and Education, Development, Capacity Building, Women and Child Care and Community/ Social Mobilization & Development. I have conducted numerous Baseline, End-line, Impact Assessments, Pre and Post KAP surveys.

I am a dedicated aid worker with strong belief in accountability, ethics and humanitarian cause. I am capable of handling multiple tasks, high pressure situations with professional efficiency. I have strong negotiation skills and achieved positive outcomes despite cultural/security/political barriers. I worked in toughest conditions, with security, weather and communication constraints and ensured result based management.

I bring to the table a rich experience of program implementation, streamlining operations tasks, coordination, liaison, strategic planning, remote management and knowledge of many donors.
