A social worker with a passion for charity jobs, I’ve been volunteering with CBOs in the development sector for 5 years and have built capacity in communications and Accountability to Affected People. I have experienced working on various development projects where i have successfully managed and trained beneficiaries, stakeholders and Community Protection Management Committee (CPMC) on Community Response Management, project acceptance and sustainability ensuring maximum project visibility. I set up and manage a triangular feedback mechanism for projects, collect and analyze data realized from beneficiaries and liaise with programs and project staff to meet the needs of beneficiaries to move the project towards achieving the desired outcome throughout project cycle.
